The term 'purchaser' will relate to the individual making a purchase. 

The idea behind Laura Felicity's Rent and Return Scheme of wallpaper samples is to create the best of both worlds.

By renting, the purchaser is able to view the lovely screen printed samples in person, to make a clear judgement as to whether they are happy with the pattern and colour of the wallpaper they are thinking of purchasing. 

Then, once the purchaser has made up their mind, they can simply return the sample/s, and hopefully place an order with us here at Laura Felicity.

Our reasoning behind this is to save on sample/s being thrown away by the purchaser after use, this saving on paper and being eco-friendly.  But most importantly to save you, the purchaser, money.

The sample/s you, the purchaser will receive from Laura Felicity are A4 sized (21cm x 29.5cm), and can be in any colour/s of any pattern we supply from our Retail Collection.

To rent our lovely samples the purchaser can either order through our online shop, or alternatively by telephone or email.  

Online Shop

It's easy to rent samples through our Online Shop!  Simply select the option 'A4 Sample (Rent)' and type the required colour and 'Add to Cart'.  The purchaser can add as many of the samples as they require.

The purchaser will see when selecting this specific option, a payment charge still comes up.  This payment is to be followed through and will be refunded once the sample/s are returned back to Laura Felicity.

Telephone and Email

It's is just as easy to order samples via telephone or email.  Simply request the  pattern and colour of the samples you, the purchaser, wants to rent, as well as name and address, and we at Laura Felicity will invoice for payment. 

Once payment is received, the sample/s will be posted out.  Payment can be received by cheque or BACS Transfer.  Please remember cheques take 5 working days to clear, and BACS Transfers take 3-5 working days to transfer.  Details of payment will be available on the invoice.

All samples in the Rent and Return scheme are to be paid for upon request of ordering.  We will fully refund the purchaser once the sample/s have been returned and are in perfect condition as when they left us. 

The purchaser has 30 days from the day of delivery to return the sample/s.  The purchaser will be emailed with this date by Laura Felicity to keep on record.  If the sample/s are not returned within 30 days, or are damaged in anyway, Laura Felicity has the right to keep the purchaser's down payment.

The purchaser will receive the sample/s through Recorded Delivery, and be supplied with a self address envelope for returning.

All postage is to be paid by that of the purchaser.
